The Advantage of SDCAD Bulk Loading System
We provide the most suitable mixing solution based on the specific material and operating conditions.

The SDCAD Conveying Bulk Loading System has established a 3-minute process cycle, the maximum conveying capacity can reach 120 metric tons per hour.

Our Bulk Loading System uses a fully enclosed, telescopic loading chute with a built-in dust collector that can effectively prevent dust spillover.

The SDCAD Bulk Loading System integrates high-precision load cells installed at the four corners of the hopper, ensuring precise control of every batch of material.

Our Bulk Loading System can be equipped with activation hoppers,
weighing sensors, crusher, or hydraulic lifting system to meet your specific production requirements.
High-Efficiency Conveying Bulk Loading System
SDCAD Conveying Bulk Loading System is professionally designed for materials loading. The Conveying Bulk Loading System features a continuous loading process, allowing you to complete lifting the ton bags, cutting the bags open at the bottom with a blade, and conveying the contents into the hopper in one continuous process. Under standard operating conditions, the system can complete up to 20 loading cycles per hour. Each cycle conveys one ton bag, with a minimum capacity of 1 metric ton and a maximum of 2.5 metric tons per bag. The actual conveying capacity can reach 20–50 metric tons per hour. SDCAD can improve your feed rate and reduce equipment idle time.

Fully Enclosed, Dust-Free Bulk Loading System with Precise material control.
SDCAD Bulk Loading System uses a fully enclosed, telescopic loading chute, allowing you to achieve efficient bulk material loading . Negative-pressure dust collection technology effectively captures airborne dust generated during the loading of cement, fly ash, and other powders which can help you effectively prevent dust spillover, protect the environment, and minimize waste. The SDCAD Bulk Loading System integrates high-precision load cells installed at the four corners of the hopper. Loading automatically stops once the set target weight is reached, allowing you to ensure precise control of every batch of material.

1)How to Choose the Right Bulk Truck Loading System?
First, I want to understand the content you’re trying to communicate so I can choose the right materials based on it.
Is the material a powder or a granular material? (Granular means no need for a dust collector, so there’s also a savings on equipment.)
Is it abrasive? (For highly corrosive materials, you can choose between galvanized or stainless steel based on your budget.)
Is it prone to caking? (For materials prone to caking, a crusher can be added.)
Is it food-grade? (For food-grade materials, 304 or 316L materials can be selected.)
Next, you need to assess your desired loading capacity:
Tons per hour
Number of trucks per day
Loading time per truck
Based on this, we can determine the screw conveyor’s throughput and whether to use a dual-hopper, dual-ton-bag simultaneous feeding system.
2) Pneumatic vs. Mechanical Truck Loading Systems?
Pneumatic conveying systems are better suited for bulk material handling applications where the end point is a silo.
For applications where the destination is a tanker truck, bulk loading systems are favored for their portability and limited air supply needs.
3) How to Reduce Dust During Bulk Truck Loading
This is primarily addressed through two measures: first, a backpack-style active dust collector attached to the holding hopper; second, a built-in dust collector at the bulk loading head where the screw conveyor connects to the tanker truck. By equipping both of the areas most likely to generate dust with high-suction dust collectors, dust spillover is effectively prevented.
