Theoretical production capacity is calculated under standard operating conditions, while actual production capacity is influenced by raw materials, mix designs, operating methods, and mixing time. With proper configuration, actual production capacity typically reaches 85%–95% of the theoretical capacity.
Taking the HZS120 as an example, it can produce approximately 800–900 m³ of concrete per day when operating for 8 hours; output will be higher during continuous production.
