What Is Cement Silo?
Cement silos are an essential component of concrete batching plants, dry-mix mortar plants, and bulk material handling systems. They are designed to safely store and control the discharge of cement, thereby helping to maintain a stable material supply and support continuous production.

Your Professional Cement Silo Supplier
To reduce transportation costs, our modular, bolted-together cement silos can be assembled on-site. The optimized conical structure, enlarged discharge spout, and optional fluidization system promote smooth material flow, helping you minimize bridging, arching, and material buildup.
Our cement silos feature moisture-resistant structures such as sealed joints and dust collectors, which prevent cement caking due to humidity and condensation and cut your material losses.
As a professional concrete silos manufacture, we offer one-stop solutions for silos with capacities ranging from 50 metric tons to 2,000 metric tons. With our extensive experience, we can help you prevent issues such as bridging and arching in your concrete silos. Contact us to obtain high-quality, moisture-resistant, and wind-resistant concrete silos.
Our Cement Silo Type

We offer storage capacities ranging from 50 to 2,000 metric tons, as well as customized storage capacity designs, to create cement storage solutions that can be expanded in the future.

Our equipment has a low overall height, is fully welded, is easy to transport by container ,no require of foundation and installation ,, making it suitable for storing small batches of a wide variety of items.

We adopt the IBAU design concept, comply with European design standards, provide quality certification, and ensure that our storage silos can better serve large-scale storage projects

If you need to extend the service life of the storage unit and protect it from rust and corrosion, we can provide galvanized solutions to reduce long-term maintenance costs.
Why Choose Our Bolted Cement Silo?
The silo adopts a steep cone design, enlarged discharge outlet and optional fluidization system to minimize bridging, arching and material buildup, ensuring reliable cement flow even under challenging operating conditions.

Steep cone design promotes mass flow and minimizes arching.

Oversized discharge opening reduces bridging risk and improves material flow.

Fluidization system(Vibrator bin aerator ,vibrator motor , Air cannon) ensures smooth discharge even under difficult material conditions, Break material bridges and improve flow reliability.

Equipped with a pressure relief valve to vent gas and protect the silo body.

Precise low/high-level or Radar level gauge alarms to prevent material shortages and overfilling.

Suitable for bulk trucks, big bags, and concrete batching plants, etc.
Customization Cement Silo Capability
We are a professional cement silo manufacturer with strong customization capabilities. We offer a full range of solutions, from low-capacity to high-capacity silos, and can provide configurations tailored to your local environment—such as weatherproof designs, dust collection systems, and leg support structures—to ensure silo safety. We also offer one-stop customization of conveying equipment to optimize the feeding, storage, and unloading processes, thereby reducing investment costs.

Cement Silo Scalability
Not limited to cement storage; our customizable silo systems are suitable for fly ash, mineral powders, lime, dry-mix mortar, and slag powder, and offer compartmentalized designs.
In addition, our equipment supports future vertical height extensions, silo capacity expansion, and the retrofitting of dust collection or smart control modules without the need to replace the entire silo, thus saving you additional investment.

Yes. We can recommend the most suitable solution based on your site conditions, stored materials, and process flow.
For materials with poor flowability, we can configure aeration systems, vibrators, arch breakers, or special conical structures to effectively prevent bridging, blockages, and poor discharge.
Yes. For outdoor installations, we provide configurations including a corrosion-resistant coating with a minimum thickness of 120 μm (epoxy galvanized primer + polyurethane topcoat), an outer anti-corrosion coating, insulation, and rainproof structures to ensure long-term, stable operation of the equipment.

How to Feed a Cement Silo?
- Pneumatic conveying: Suitable for concrete plants, dry mortar plants, and precast plants; fast, automated, and low-dust.
- Screw conveyor feeding: Suitable for small-scale projects, retrofit projects, and temporary projects, such as on-site unpacking of big bags, with the material fed into silos via a screw conveyor after unpacking; simple structure.
- Bucket elevator feeding: Suitable for dry mortar plants and powder processing plants; offers high lifting capacity.
- Big bag unloading station: Suitable for construction sites, mining projects, and small concrete plants.
- Air chute delivers material from a big silo (more than 10000 tons) to a small silo.
How to Unload a Cement Silo?
Bolted cement silos use a cone hopper and gravity flow.
A butterfly valve / Rotary valve are typically installed at the bottom of the silo to control discharge: open to discharge material, close to stop. It is usually used in conjunction with a telescopic chute and a screw conveyor.
Horizontal cement silos can be equipped with a screw conveyor for unloading.
Whether unloading into bulk trucks, ton bags, or mixing plants, our cement silos are compatible with all these applications.
